How do I pay for my car rental?
In Norway, you can use Visa and other common credit cards such as Mastercard, American Express, Visa, and Diners Club.
Please note that we do not accept debit cards – not even Mastercard Debit. You cannot pay with cash, as NOK 10,000 will be held on your account in addition to the rental price. Please note that two credit cards are required when renting a luxury car. A deposit will be charged to each credit card.
When renting a car abroad, you must check the applicable payment rules for each country. Most accept Visa and Mastercard.
