What happens if I receive a fine while renting a vehicle?
If you receive a parking fine during your rental period, we recommend that you pay it directly to avoid additional charges. If the fine remains unpaid and is
forwarded to us, we will settle it on your behalf and charge the fine amount together with an administration fee. Speeding fines and other traffic violations are typically sent directly to the vehicle owner. When we receive such fines, we will process and pay them as required and charge the fine amount together with an administration fee. By signing the rental agreement, the renter accepts responsibility for all fines, penalties, and associated administration fees incurred during the rental period.
