Grace period
We recommend that you arrive at the rental counter at your scheduled pick-up time. If you are delayed, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the car will still be available, and in that case the reservation may be cancelled without a refund. If you may be late, please contact the rental company at least 30 minutes before your pick-up time — even if the delay is due to a flight delay (and you have provided your flight number).
